Our Philosophy

Classroom Approaches

Little Turtles Playhouse will work to educate and nurture the whole child (socially, emotionally, and cognitively) so that each child grows to become an active and responsible citizen who demonstrates independence, confidence and responsibility for themselves and those in their community. We will take a strength orientation toward all children and will meet each child where they are developmentally. We will honor their accomplishments and invite growth and challenges. We will embrace the world as a diverse place and will celebrate differences, including race, class, sexual orientation, physical ability, and religion.
